Measure the width of your natural nail, not the length. Length you can file down. Width you cannot.

Clean and dry your natural nails, removing any old polish, then gently buff the surface so the adhesive grips.
Then
Match and press
Size each nail to your own, apply adhesive to both, and press firmly from cuticle to tip for thirty seconds.
After
Soak, don't pull
Soak them off rather than pulling. The damage people talk about comes from pulling a nail off dry.

They are painted on a thin tip, so the base blends in instead of sitting up off your finger.
How long will they stay on?

Can I wear a set twice?
Usually yes, if you soak them off rather than pulling. Clean the underside and box them back up.
